RPJMD is a development planning document consists of local development policy, strategy and program for the next five years. This document serves as guideline for planning for local governments and their offices.

In close consultation with Bappeda Kota Tangerang, URDI carried out financial analysis, review on relevant planning documents, vision and mission strategic analysis, development policy and strategy formulation and five years complete with program planning and implementation guideline.
